Hello! I'm glad that you've asked about my experience, because I'm "perplexed!" I had the strings installed by a local music store on Friday - he even read the material you provided and Wes always does a nice job tying at the bridge and winding onto the pegs. I believe I've tuned it accordingly - low G of the 3rd Piano Octave, middle C and E and A of the 4th Piano Octave and tested the sound against a clip-on Tuner. However, the strings tensions feel "floppy" and the overall sound is "muddy". What has gone wrong here?
